7 Things to Stop Doing if You Want to Get in Shape ...


If you want to get in shape, you're going to have to work hard. You won't see results if your only exercise involves rolling out of bed and walking to the fridge for a snack. While it's tempting to spend your free time--if you have any--lounging around, you have to get your body moving if you want to get in shape. Here are some things you need to stop doing in order to get fit:

1. Entering a Marathon... with Netflix

Believe it or not, there's a difference between marathoning Orange is the New Black and running an actual marathon. However, they both involve dedication and a good chunk of your time.
