We all know that the hardest part of getting fit is not even motivating yourself to exercise but avoiding unhealthy delicious foods we are so used to consuming. You probably heard the saying “Abs are made in the kitchen” which refers to the fact that your diet has a much greater impact on your fitness than any form of exercise. So remember to avoid junk food or you’ll be “one nugget away from getting 0 likes on your next Instagram”!
