Grace Helbig is the star of itsGrace on YouTube and recently released her first book, which is about learning how to be an adult, and Grace teaches you in the funniest way possible. Not only is she successful on YouTube and in the book world, but she’s also working on an E! pilot. If that’s not enough proof that she is one of the funniest women on YouTube, I don’t know what will convince you. She’s absolutely hilarious, in my opinion, one of the most important funny women on YouTube, and worth checking out if you haven’t yet!

2. Jenna Marbles

If you haven’t heard of Jenna Marbles, I must ask, what rock have you been living under? Whether you loved her videos years ago or just came across them this year, everyone has had a Jenna Marbles obsession at one point or another, and if you haven’t yet, your time is here. She’s one of the funniest and most relatable women on YouTube.

3. Hayley G. Hoover

Finding Hayley G. Hoover on YouTube meant that I spent a whole day laughing at her videos. She talks about nearly anything and everything, and her hilarious take makes every video feel fresh. She made one video where she went to an open house for the free wine and cheese, and came up with a whole backstory as to why she was there. (Spoiler alert: she’s Justin Bieber’s assistant, and looking for his next mansion.)

4. Taryn Southern

When you watch Taryn’s videos, she may seem oddly familiar to you. That’s not without reason, as Taryn has guest-starred on probably every single one of your favorite shows. After you’ve spent some time searching through her IMDb page, you’ll fall in love with her hilariously perfect advice and relatable videos. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!

5. Mamrie Hart

Mamrie has one of the most original series on the Internet, in my opinion, which is called You Deserve a Drink. On it, she makes a drink based on pop culture events, the guest stars in her video, and virtually any other topic you could think of. While she makes the drink, she makes the funniest puns and jokes, which will leave you laughing for days.

6. Miranda Sings

I’ve had the opportunity to see Miranda live, and I can confirm that she is one of the funniest people, both on and off YouTube. If you think you don’t like her videos, give her another chance or ten. She’ll grow on you and even if she doesn’t, she doesn’t care, because this month she’s a guest on Jerry Seinfeld’s “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee.”

7. Live Prude Girls

Approximately one minute into their video with Matt Damon, I was sold on these girls. It is so, so funny, and if you’re a fan of Good Will Hunting, you will especially be a fan. Maybe it’s because this would also be my reaction to meeting Matt Damon, but regardless, these girls are absolutely hilarious.
