Believe it or not, there's a difference between marathoning Orange is the New Black and running an actual marathon. However, they both involve dedication and a good chunk of your time. So if you want to get in shape, turn off your television and see what a real marathon is like. Don't worry--once you're finished, you can still see how Piper is holding up.

You work out your finger muscles all day by tapping away on your phone and typing on your keyboard, but it's time to focus on other muscles. You have tons of them in your body, so it's unfair to focus on a select few. Try to engage in different workouts so that you strengthen different areas of your body.

So very true! I can't wait till my gym opens up in mid August and I can get back to the gym and working out! I miss it sooo much in every way physically, mentally and emotionally... Only 2/3 more weeks to go!... UHG it needs to hurry up and get here!... Hahaha...
